Our Story

Freda and Thomas Russell are a dynamic husband-and-wife consulting team, bringing a wealth of expertise and wisdom to their clients. With 40+ years of experience in Fortune 500, Government, and Non-Profit industries, Freda and Thomas have worked with professionals from a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, technology, and finance. They founded Russell and Russell Consulting, LLC after years of working for other organizations and seeing a need for a more personalized and customized approach to consulting.

 

Both Freda and Thomas have impressive work backgrounds. Freda began her career in healthcare, and transitioned to education where she worked through the leadership pipeline, eventually becoming an executive leader at a national healthcare company. Thomas began his career as a mechanical draftsman and eventually became a senior leader in engineering technology and information management at a top-tier global company.

 

In addition to their professional achievements, Freda and Thomas have raised three children together. They bring a unique perspective to their work, having navigated the challenges of parenthood while managing demanding professional careers. They understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to help their clients achieve success in both their personal and professional lives.
